CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Before Service Initiation

Clients may request to cancel their order before any processing or documentation work has begun. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway charges or administrative fees (if applicable).

2. Cancellation After Service Initiation

Once our team has started processing your request—this includes consultation, document review, application filing, or any backend activity—the service is considered to be initiated, and cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Bundle Service Cancellation

If you have purchased a bundled package of services and wish to cancel a part of it, the decision to refund for unused services will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the work already undertaken and service dependencies.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding cancellation, we will work closely with you to find a fair resolution. However, Lawgical India reserves the right to make the final decision on all cancellation and refund requests.
