All businesses that manufacture, process, sell, and distribute food products must obtain FSSAI registration based on their annual turnover of the firm when the product is supplied in the market by the retailer or wholesaler. When a company registers the application for a fssai licence, it receives a 14-digit licence or registration number, which it must print on food packaging. This registration process attempts to make the operator more accountable for preserving the quality of the food goods.

  • Non-Compliance
  • Compliance
  • Partial Compliance
  • Not Applicable/ Not Observed

If the officer in charge believes that there is room for improvement, he will notify the business under Section 32 of the FSSAI Act, 2006. He can also revoke the company's licence or registration. However, the business party has the right to appeal any authority's judgement against the notice or cancellation.

Conclusion

The Foscos registration is the regulatory body that reports to the government of India. As a result, the citizens of the country will have faith in the authorities. They have faith that the authority will conduct a thorough investigation if they believe the business is not meeting the criteria set by the authority, and they have the authority to cancel the business's registration or licence.
